TraceProperty is an independent mobile game studio making relaxed town-planning and building games for Android.
Who we are
TraceProperty is the trading name used by TRACEPROPERTY TECH LTD, a limited company on the register at Companies House. Under that name the company runs an independent mobile game studio for Android.
What we make
Our games borrow the pleasure of planning a place. We simplify the real considerations of a street, such as access, light and footfall, into rules that are easy to grasp on a phone.
Our approach
We design each map on paper first and play it with tokens before building it. A layout puzzle that is fun with pencil and counters usually survives the move to the screen.
Releases
TraceProperty games are published through Google Play. Before release, the store listing and the game privacy page are checked against the build.
